How metabolism impacts hormones

If your health journey was a train ride and the stops were your body’s systems, hormones would be the very last stop.

Hormones are slow to change, and by the time we experience hormonal chaos, it means that we’ve likely been dealing with other imbalances for quite some time.

The good news is, regardless of whether we’re talking about dysfunction of the thyroid, liver, or adrenals (etc.) as the causing factor, we can confidently say that the dysfunction as a whole has originated from one place—and that’s mineral balance.

Minerals are everything when it comes to health, and our mineral status is reflective of how our body is currently responding to stress. So if you’re living with stress (of any kind) and not actively replenishing your nutrients, mineral imbalances + depletion are the beginning of a looong, destructive train ride that looks a lot like this:
📍 Thyroid takes a hit.
📍 Metabolism slows.
📍 Digestion is compromised.
📍 Liver fails to function properly.
📍 Adrenals exhaust themselves.
📍 And FINALLY, hormonal chaos ensues.

This is why we have found SO much success from teaching women how to assess and support their mineral status in order to balance hormones. If you’ve been dealing with symptoms for any length of time and want to take the plunge on prioritizing your health (aka getting to the bottom of what’s really going on), check out these free trainings below:
