The HTMA Pattern We See in Women Under Long-Term Stress

Another pattern we’ve been seeing in many of the women in our latest Mineral Healing Journey cohort.

This one is called a Fast 4 (or Four Lows) pattern on HTMA, where the body’s first four minerals, calcium, magnesium, sodium, and potassium, are all depleted.

When this happens, it often reflects a body that has been under long-term stress and has used up many of its mineral reserves. Women in this phase are often dealing with fatigue, hormone symptoms, poor exercise tolerance, and feeling like their body just doesn’t have the capacity it used to.

If that sounds familiar, it may help you understand what your body has been trying to communicate.

And if you’ve been thinking about joining us inside Mineral Healing Journey. Our next Mineral Healing Journey cohort begins at the end of May, and enrollment is now opening to the waitlist.

Wondering if this pattern shows up on your HTMA? Join the waitlist for our next cohort and get early access!
