Hi, I’m Carolyn—a women’s health dietitian and personal trainer with a deep passion for helping women feel fully nourished, strong, and empowered in their bodies.
After facing my own health challenges—including mold toxicity, autoimmunity, gut issues, adrenal fatigue, and hormone imbalances—I became determined to support other women navigating similar struggles. I know firsthand how frustrating it can be to feel dismissed, confused, or overwhelmed in your health journey. That’s why I combine a functional approach with real-life sustainability—integrating nutrition, movement, mindset, and lifestyle to support long-term healing from the inside out.
I’ve known since I was 16 that I wanted to become a registered dietitian, and I haven’t looked back since. This work truly lights me up. My coaching style is rooted in compassion, personalization, and uncovering what works best for you—because there’s no one-size-fits-all when it comes to women’s health.
Outside of work, I’m a wife to my amazing husband, Logan, and dog mom to three sweet (and very energetic!) pups—Ruby, June, and Dixie. I’m a former competitive swimmer, lifelong ice cream enthusiast, and firm believer that you can heal, thrive, and feel at home in your body again.
