Calle is a Registered Dietitian and nutrition nerd. She developed a passion for food and nutrition at a young age. Through a project in the 8th grade, and has pursued a career in nutrition ever since. She is so passionate about helping women with their gut, hormone, and skin issues because she has been in your shoes. After years of gut issues, thyroid problems and acne, she learned how to use a root cause approach to finally heal and has now helped 100+ women do the same. Calle has a background in clinical nutrition, having spent several years working in hospital ICU’s and long-term care facilities. Now, she works with women healing their gut, hormone, and skin issues with a whole person approach. Calle lives in the Blue Ridge Mountains in Tennessee with her husband and their Rhodesian Ridgeback baby, Rho. Her idea of a perfect getaway includes the mountains, a hot tub, and some good wine or anything involving a boat.
