You’re free to do a different workout that is not the Kettlebell Program. However, feedback on workouts, exercises, and/or your form will not be provided to those who choose to do their own workout program(s).
Struggling with an exercise that’s a part of the Kettlebell Program (i.e a push-up)? Feel free to record a video of yourself doing the exercise and send it in to us. Amanda can provide feedback on how to successfully progress in that specific exercise.
