How do I take a hair sample for hair mineral testing?

Hair mineral testing requires one hair sample weighing approx 100mg. This is equivalent to one heaped tsp of hair. It is ideal to take the sample from the middle-lower part of your head so you can cover it easily. The hair sample needs to be 1.5” long.
